We keep the hosting and domain running for you, renewed each year at Rp 1,200,000. Minor updates are free for the first 30 days after launch, and after that we can look after the site from Rp 350,000 a month if you'd like us to. Either way, the site is yours.

Those are bigger jobs that need a development team rather than us, but message us anyway and we can usually point you to someone.

Fifteen working days from the point where we have everything we need from you, so roughly three weeks. What usually slows a site down is waiting for photos, so the sooner you send those over the sooner it's finished.
No. Just explain your business to us and send over anything you already use, like a menu or a list of services. We'll write the site from that and you can check it before it goes live.
Usually not. Most people have more usable photos than they think, either on their phone or already on Instagram. Send us what you have and we'll let you know if it's enough. If it isn't, we can tell you what to take or help you find a photographer.
You do. The domain is registered in your name and your business's details, and you get all the logins. If you ever decide to move it or work with someone else, nothing is locked to us.
Prices go up, your hours change, you add something new. Just message us. Minor updates are free for the first 30 days. After that you can pay for changes as they come up, or take the monthly option and we'll look after it for you.
No. We only build company websites, which is what lets us work at a fixed price and a set timeline. If you need a shop or a booking platform, that's a different kind of job and you'd be better off with a development agency.
Yes, that comes with the full site. In Bali it's often worth having both, and we can advise on which should come first depending on who your customers are.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. A lot of the sites we replace were put together quickly a few years ago and nobody can remember the login. Send us the link and we'll have a look, and if yours is still doing its job we'll say so.
