We're marketing consultants, which mostly means we spend our time working out how a business explains itself to its customers. Snappy Cabbage is the part of that work we enjoy most.
Sunny is based in Bali and Areta in Sydney, so between the two of us there's usually someone around to answer a message.
We try to keep things straightforward: agree the price upfront, give a realistic date, and reply to messages when they come in.
We started with the businesses closest to us.
It started with our own family's businesses. We put their websites together ourselves, and then saw what changed afterwards.
People stopped asking the same basic questions and arrived already knowing what was on offer and roughly what it cost. The business looked online the way it actually was in person.
After that we started noticing it everywhere. Bali is full of businesses we like, with regulars and good reviews and owners who have been doing this properly for years, and a lot of them have nowhere to send people except an Instagram page.
